elevation hotel & spa4 out of 5 price was $1,609, price is now $964 per person $964 per person apr 11 - apr 18 found 3 hours ago roundtrip non-stop flight included fort lauderdale (fll) to gunnison (guc) book a stay at this spa hotel in crested butte. enjoy free wifi, a full-service spa, and 2 bars/lounges. our guests praise the helpful staff and the clean rooms in our reviews. popular attractions crested butte mountain resort and trailhead discovery museum are located nearby. pretty disappointed considering the cost to stay. bed cover was stained, shower walls had hair on them and the toilet barely functional. one reason i chose the hotel was because it had a balcony, but it ended up being unusable. no furniture, and overlooked the roof where the fans ran 24 hours. it was so loud that we could not sleep or enjoy relaxing in the room with the door open, which was a real problem because there is no ac. also, had to pay $30 a night for parking, but in the evenings, the garage, which is configured horribly, was full due to lack of spots. we drove around and around the two levels each night for 15-20 min and still had to end up parking in a spot not designated for parking. restaurant was an overpriced disappointment. crested butte is beautiful, but i would definitely choose other accommodations next time. reviewed on jul 24, 2024
