fairmont copley plaza boston hotel near downtown boston,boston 2.3% of visitors choose this area g guest user 2021.07.24 the hotel lobby is beautiful! the front desk staff was amazing. we “upgraded” to a king suite. the entire “first floor” (one level above the lobby) is very dark. the room was large but it wasn’t clean. the carpet in the hall and in the room was dirty. the bed was comfortable. the bathroom was not clean and there was no soap. i had to find a housekeeper to ask for soap, shampoo etc. i think because we booked through a third party vendor they give you the worst rooms. reminded me of the movie the titanic- we were in the steerage area of the hotel or the oldest - probably haunted part of the hotel. that said, amazing location!! i would book here again for sure! show more very good 110 reviews 4.1 /5 price from us$195 per nignt check availability
