4.2/5 very good g guest user this hotel is a far cry from the one advertised on the website. it needs a deep clean, making for a only bearable stay if you're never planning on being in the room aside from sleeping. however, the beds are not comfortable so i can't say sleep was easy come by either. definitely bring shower shoes to wear - no bare feet on that carpet! the front desk staff do a good job selling you on downloading the hotel app, but do not be duped into thinking you might get a free night after gaining the right number of points via the app. you only get this if you make a whole new booking with a special rate from the company. this is not what the front desk clerk told me when i checked-in and i wouldn't have bothered joining if i'd been told the truth, as i never plan on staying at this hotel or with this chain again.
