the connaught hotel near sai wan and sheung wan,hong kong g guest user 2020.10.19 had the experience of staying in many serviced apartments in life so far and i’m left to wonder how the connaught defines ‘serviced’. other than removing the bins and swapping towels, i can’t thinking of much else they offer. saw a cockroach come running across our kitchen/lounge tonight and called the front desk for help with cleaning or bug spray. not only did the staff not provide cleaning or spray, we had to call them just to get a response. understand the team might be understaffed later in the evening but wouldn’t expect cockroaches in serviced apartments and certainly wouldn’t expect such a lack of diligence in the staff responding to this. show more very good 13 reviews 4.1 /5 price from us$281 per nignt check availability
